TIPPER HYDRAULICS

One-way hydraulics designed for silos lifted with a hydraulic servo in the front section of the semi-trailer and for all types of semi-trailers and trailers in which pressure of 170 bar and oil volume of 150 litres are sufficient (optionally, a larger tank may be mounted on the side of the frame or on the vehicle frame near the cabin).

A complete assembly includes:

• An oil tank of capacity adequate for a given semi-trailer
• Tank mounting accessories
• Pneumatic control system
• Distribution system with pressure protection set to 175 bar
• Hydraulic tubing
• Air tubing
• Hydraulic quick-couplers (1 set, push-in type)
• Hydraulic oil

Furthermore, we make hydraulics for movable floors, hydraulics for powering of low-loading semi-trailers and for semi-trailers equipped with Redler conveyors  for transport and discharge of animal feed.
